- Replacing it, is as easy as changing the original bulb, please you may also see the Video how to proceed ONLY to be used for for 3-7 C / D-Cell Maglite flashlights The energy efficacy will compensate the cost by using fewer Batteries

This additional information is to avoid misunderstandings, regarding the best possible use and to assure you that you have selected the right LiteXpress Module for your purpose to upgrade your original Maglite Incandescent light bulb version! If your Maglite is equipped with 2 C or D cell batteries, you can only use our LXB430 or LXB435 for the successful conversion of your Maglite! If your Maglite has 3 or more batteries, (C or D cell = LR14 / LR20) you can choose LXB404, LXB530, LXB530S (LXB530S 530 lumens 12 Hz strobe/flashing) or LXB525, these modules will NOT work with any 2 cell Maglite! The light output remains the same when 3 or more batteries are used. The running time is extended by the number of batteries, as more capacity is available. LiteXpress LED upgrade modules are designed for the only use with original Maglite flashlights. Mode change for Module LXB430, LXB525 and LXB530S just double click! All LiteXpress Modules feature an integrated overheating protection. Our LiteXpress LED upgrade modules can only be used for conversion if your Maglites were factory-equipped with krypton or xenon bulbs. If your Maglite has a BI-pin xenon lamp, which is in a white plastic adapter, please watch the VIDEO on the product page, there you can see how this is very easy to removed and install the LED Module. Maglite Mag Charger, ML25IT series or Maglite that comes with an LED from the factory, CANNOT be upgraded! All original Maglites have a circumferential inscription on the bezel! If you don't see this engraving around the bezel, it is not an original Maglite. We cannot recommend our LED modules for these lookalikes, as they usually do NOT fit due to their dimensions! Not everything that looks similar is the original! However, if a problem occurs after replacing the light bulb, such as: flickering or irregular lighting, you may have selected the wrong module for your Maglite (number of batteries), or the batteries you are using may have a too low voltage (the bulb will only stop glowing when the batteries are empty, but the electronic components inside our Modules needs a minimum voltage to function as expected), it is also possible that the screw inside the switch has come loose, which leads to a contact problem. If there is a contact problem, the Allen screw inside the switch must be tightened to reliably restore contact with the Maglite housing! The LiteXpress LXA100 end cap switch can be used for all AA Mini Maglite (incandescent or LED versions).
